This site is created and controlled by Brittney Bean. in the State of Oregon, USA. As such, the laws of the State of Oregon will govern these disclaimers, terms, conditions, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Shipping & Handling:
Our $5.95 shipping is valid on domestic U.S. orders sent to one address USPS Ground only. Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in four (4) to fourteen (14) business days depending on destination and product availability, (Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, not including holidays). Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. If your order contains items that are on back order or out-of-stock we will ship those items to you when they become available at no additional shipping charge on domestic ground shipping, unless we have contacted you by email or phone, and have made other arrangements with you.
Some areas in Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional shipping charge, if this should occur we will contact you via email or by phone to confirm these charges with you before your order is shipped or charged to your credit card.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue this $5.95 shipping offer at any time.
Express Shipping:
Express Shipping costs $15 per address.
Orders placed with Express Shipping by 12:00 pm (noon) ET will ship by the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Canadian & International Orders:
We are sorry, but at this time we can not ship to addresses outside of the United States.
Order Information:
You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the estimated delivery time and shipping details.
Out of Stock Items:
In the event an order is placed for a temporary out-of-stock item, our shipping staff will ship all in-stock items and advise you through email of your back order. As soon as the back ordered merchandise becomes available, our shipping staff will immediately ship the item(s) available. You always have the option of continuing to wait for your order or to cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. If it is necessary to break your order into multiple shipments we will not charge for additional shipping on the shipments (ground only). Please call customer care at (503) 209-5727 if a back ordered item needs to be expedited.
Limited Quantity Items:
Some items are available in limited quantities only. The limited quantity items will be clearly labeled for your convenience when you are looking through the website. In the event an order is placed for a limited quantity item that is no longer available, our shipping staff will immediately notify you through email to let you know if the particular item can be placed on back order, to suggest a replacement item of similar likeness, or to inquire of your cancellation of the particular item.
Payments Accepted:
For your convenience we accept the following forms of payment:
- Paypal (please note: you no longer have to have an account with Paypal to make payments. You will be directed to their secure and encrypted server to make your payment and then redirected back to Brittney Bean once the order is complete.) Paypal accepts credit cards, checks, debit cards, and existing Paypal accounts.
- Check or money orders with phone/fax orders only. You may place your order(s) by phone by calling Customer Care at (503) 209-5727 or faxing your order to (503) 366-9642. Item(s) will be shipped once your check/money order has been received and processed. You will receive an email confirming receipt of payment and shipping information.

Changes or Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or change your order, please call 503-209-5727 as soon as possible. We will make every effort we can to accommodate your request. Please note that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders out to our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
NOTE: If you cancel an item that qualified for a promotion or special deal, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.
Return/Exchange Policy:
We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with all or part of your order, simply call or email to receive your return/exchange code. We will be more than happy to give a full credit, replacement, or refund (when applicable when meeting the guidelines listed below) within 30 days. You may return any item you receive if the item:
- is not what you ordered
- was damaged or broken in transit
- is not what was expected from what you saw on our website
- does not meet the standards you expected
- does not work properly, fit properly, or is mechanically defective
- is delayed beyond an acceptable time frame
A packing slip/invoice with instructions for returns/exchanges may be found in every package. Please complete the form and include it with your return. We do not accept COD packages.
In the event you would like to exchange your merchandise and are not requesting a refund we will gladly ship your exchanged merchandise back to you at no additional charge via USPS Parcel Post. We are unable to reimburse any shipping costs, but will gladly refund your purchase price.
If you are not satisfied with your apparel purchase please return the item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Apparel must be unused, in its original condition, and have hang/care tags still attached. Apparel that has been worn or used will be accepted only for manufacturer defect.
If you are not satisfied with any other merchandise you have purchased please return the product and original packaging within 30 days of purchase, along with your original packing slip for return or exchange.
Please Note:
Returns will not be accepted on audio CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, or computer software if opened, unless defective.
Please package the item(s) securely, include the completed Returns and Exchange Form received with the product, and return the merchandise via UPS, FedEx, or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery to Brittney Bean. Please indicate the reason for the return/exchange. Upon receipt of the returned product and the Returns and Exchange Form, Brittney Bean will refund or exchange and mail the respected amount due within ten (10) business days.
On exchanges, please note:
-if there is a lesser difference between merchandise, a credit will appear on your credit card for the lesser amount, or a money order will be mailed to for the lesser amount.
- if there is a greater difference between merchandise, a charge will appear on your credit card for the greater difference, or a payment will need to be mailed with your returned item(s) before your exchanged item(s) can be shipped.
